Founding Attorney

Originally from Boston, Ashley’s exclusive experience in domestic litigation and her reputation as a straight-shooter has helped launch her firm’s success. She takes great pride in her work ethic and her vision of a client-centric divorce and family law practice. Communication and transparency are pillars of her practice and have developed an environment of trust and integrity. The unique flat-fee service approach that she has developed provides her clients with absolute clarity as they develop solutions for their futures. Ashley has been selected to Super LawyersⓇ 2024 and Rising Stars from 2019-2023, demonstrating her excellence in the industry. She is a member and serves on the board of the Amicable Divorce Network, the only organization in the world vetting divorce professionals for being experienced, resolution-focused & engaging in fair billing practices. Ashley has also earned certifications in Amicable Divorce Network's gray divorce and child centered divorce special designations.

Irena Chernova

Senior Associate Attorney

With nearly a decade of experience in family law, Irena’s deep knowledge of complex legal matters including divorce, contempt, family violence, modification, and adoption compliments the mission of the Pepitone team. A zealous advocate for her client’s interests, Irena prioritizes educating her clients throughout the legal process in an effort to help them understand all available options and make the most informed decisions. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Irena grew up in Georgia and holds strong ties to the area, through her experiences and education including her undergraduate alma mater, the University of Georgia.

John Davis

With over a decade of experience in family law, John brings to the firm a breadth of knowledge and skills that promote the mission of a client-centric, non-transactional environment where families can heal and move forward with their lives. Having worked with all types of cases from complex asset divisions to custody conflicts, John effectively orchestrates the behind-the-scenes elements of each case, managing clients and their casework prior to litigation. His compassionate approach to building client relationships allows him to identify clear client goals and facilitate a path toward resolution.
